William Chappell: William Garland Chappell is a senior at William Mason High School. He runs varsity cross country and track and is a part of Mason's National Honor Society. William is also a member of the Boy Scouts of America, and recently attained the rank of Eagle. His life ambition is to attend the United States Air Force Academy, a goal towards which he is currently working.
